Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download the app and enter your email address. We'll send you a 6-digit verification code — enter it and you're in. No password required.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. When you first download the app you get a 1-week free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

What platforms is MTMM available on?

MTMM is available on iPhone (iOS 15.6 and later). An Android version is not currently planned.

Food & Diary

How do I log food?

Open the diary, tap the + button next to any meal section, and search for a food by name or scan a barcode. Adjust the serving size and tap to log it.

Can I scan barcodes?

Yes. Tap the barcode icon in the food search screen and point your camera at any product barcode. If the food isn't in our database, we'll look it up from Open Food Facts.

Can I edit macros for a logged food?

Yes. Tap any logged entry in your diary to edit the serving size or manually override the calories and macros if the source data is incorrect.

Can I save meals I eat regularly?

Yes. You can save any combination of foods as a saved meal and log the whole thing in one tap. You can also schedule meals to repeat automatically on a daily or weekly basis.

Can I plan meals for future dates?

Yes. Use the date picker on the diary screen to navigate to any future date and log entries in advance.

Account & Data

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@getmtmm.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

How do I change my weight unit (kg / lbs)?

Tap the profile icon in the top right of the app and open Settings. You can toggle between kg and lbs there.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. All your diary entries, weight logs, and measurements are stored securely on our servers and will be there when you log in on a new device.

I lost access to my email address. What do I do?

Contact us at support@getmtmm.com. We'll verify your identity and help you regain access.

Subscription & Billing

How much does MTMM cost?

MTMM is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Pricing is shown in the app. Your first week is always free.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Married To My Macros, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

I'm a 1-on-1 coaching client. How do I access the app?

Download the app and sign in with the email address you used for coaching. Your data will be visible in your coach's dashboard automatically.
